Amazon brings AI-powered Alexa+ to Amazon Music app on iPhones and Android: How it works

Amazon is bringing its AI-powered Alexa+ music capabilities to the Amazon Music mobile app on iOS and Android, expanding access to conversational music discovery features for users in the early access programme. The integration is now rolling out to users, allowing Alexa+ Early Access customers to use the enhanced voice assistant across all Amazon Music subscription tiers. Users can access the feature by downloading the latest version of the app and tapping the “a” button in the lower right corner.

Amazon says that customers have been using Alexa+ explore music three times more than with the original Alexa. Users who searched for music recommendations listened to nearly 70% more music compared to standard Alexa usage.
