TCS expands partnership with UK retailer Morrisons to boost digital transformation
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has expanded its partnership with Morrisons, one of the UK’s largest supermarket chains. The collaboration, which began in 2014, will now focus on accelerating Morrisons’ digital transformation and improving customer experience across its 500 stores serving 11 million shoppers every week.
Under the new five-year agreement, TCS will help align Morrisons’ operations across retail, e-commerce, and marketing functions to improve efficiency and support the company’s strategic goals. The partnership aims to modernize loyalty programs, enhance personalization, and strengthen Morrisons’ digital presence to capture a larger market share.
