Bharti Airtel shares rise over 2% after Q2 PAT surges 89% on-year
Bharti Airtel shares rose 2.3% to their day’s high of ₹2,121.75 on the BSE on Tuesday, November 4, after the telecom major reported a sharp 89% year-on-year (YoY) increase in its consolidated net profit for the second quarter of FY26. The company’s Profit After Tax (PAT) rose to ₹6,792 crore, compared to ₹3,593 crore in the same period last year.
The PAT is attributable to the owners of the parent, according to the company’s latest exchange filing.
