DoT’s CGCA wing rolls out campaign for pensioners’ digital life certificate activation

In a forward-thinking initiative, the CGCA, part of the Department of Telecom, is launching a program to help retired staff navigate the digital landscape of life certification. By organizing over 320 camps across 171 cities by November 2025, this service aims to streamline the annual verification for approximately 22,300 pensioners whose life certificates will expire next year.
