‘US firms hiring H-1B, firing Americans’: Ex-DOGE architect says workers being ‘replaced in their own country’
James Fishback, the former DOGE architect and head of an investment firm, is furious that US companies continue to favour H-1B workers over American employees. He accused firms of calling foreign workers “more skilled” than Americans while running “H-1B scam” beneath the surface.
In a series of fiery posts on X (formerly Twitter), Fishback claimed that US companies are exploiting the visa system to sideline American workers. He said Americans are being “replaced in their own country” and blamed both companies and political parties for allowing it to happen.
