Scindia to BSNL executives: Service quality non negotiable, measure on a daily basis

NEW DELHI: Union Communications Minister Jyotiridiya Scindia said that Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) should focus on improving quality of service (QoS) which is “non-negotiable” and that it must be monitored at a daily basis.
Scindia was addressing to circle heads and senior executives of state-owned telecom company.
“First thing, and this is a mantra you need to live by. QoS, QoS, and QoS. Quality of service is non-negotiable,” the minister said Thursday while reviewing BSNL’s Q2 FY2025-26 performance.
