Change in work permits and Florida governor’s H-1B warning: US toughens employment visa rules again

In a major move set to impact Indians working in the United States, the US Department of Homeland Security has ended automatically extending employment authorization documents for foreigners filing visa renewal applications.

The interim final rule will come into effect from Thursday, October 30.
