Microsoft announces new governance framework for India’s critical infrastructure

Microsoft unveiled a comprehensive set of governance measures aimed at strengthening its partnership with India’s public sector and critical infrastructure domains, building on the tech giant’s $3 billion investment commitment announced earlier this year.

The announcements, made at the Microsoft Leaders Forum in the presence of Puneet Chandok, President of Microsoft India & South Asia, introduce updated compliance frameworks designed to ensure service continuity and digital stability for government and critical infrastructure customers across healthcare, energy, telecommunications, and financial services.
