    Instagram explores launch of dedicated TV app to boost video reach

    Instagram has been introducing new features at a steady clip of late, especially with the advent of artificial intelligence on the platform, and more are set to follow.

    At the Bloomberg Screentime conference in Los Angeles, CEO Adam Mosseri revealed that the company is “exploring” the idea of launching a dedicated TV app, as part of a broader move into video. This could help Instagram videos reach a wider audience on larger screens.
