VVDN Technologies to go for IPO after annualised revenue hits $ 1 bn, says founder
New Delhi: VVDN Technologies’ next round of fundraising will be an initial public offering, which it plans to do after its annualised revenue hits the $1 billion (around ₹8,800 crore) mark, a top executive at the Indian contract manufacturing firm said.
Cofounder Vivek Bansal said the Gurugram-based company has set up manufacturing bases in the UAE and the US, particularly to circumvent the tariffs imposed by the Trump administration on India.
