Telangana sees 10% dip in financial cybercrime plaints this year

Hyderabad: Telangana reported a 10% drop in the number of financial cybercrime complaints in the first eight months of 2025.

Besides, the amount lost to cyber fraud in the state declined by 25%, and the recovery or put on hold of siphoned funds increased from 12% in 2024 to 17% this year.
