TCS sues SpiceJet: Delhi HC summons airline; IT firm alleges unpaid dues of Rs 2.34 crore
The Delhi High Court has summoned SpiceJet to respond to a recovery petition filed by Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), which is seeking the attachment of the airline’s property at Terminal 1D of Indira Gandhi International Airport.
TCS is claiming Rs 2.34 crore, along with interest, for services provided to the airline between July 2019 and September 2023.
