IPO-bound boAt appoints Gaurav Nayyar as CEO

boAt parent company, Imagine Marketing, has appointed Gaurav Nayyar as Chief Executive Officer. For the past three years, Nayyar has served as boAt’s Chief Operating Officer, where he has led multiple functions, including Strategy & Operations, M&A, Business Transformation, Digital & Analytics, Investor Relations, and Commercials.

In a statement, the company announced that as part of the transition, boAt’s co-founder, Sameer Mehta, will assume the role of Executive Director, while Co-Founder Aman Gupta will continue as a Non-Executive Director on the Board.
