Delhi Startup Policy 2025

The Delhi Government has released its draft “Delhi Start-up Policy, 2025”, presenting significant opportunities for IT and telecom startups. This ambitious policy aims to transform Delhi into a Global Innovation Hub by 2035, with substantial support for technology-driven enterprises that could reshape India’s IT and telecommunications landscape.

The policy envisions making Delhi the most preferred destination for startups by creating an enabling ecosystem for innovation-based economy. Beyond the numerical target of 5,000 startups, the policy aims to generate new employment avenues, develop human capital and foster innovative ideas in Science & Technology from early education phases.
