Capgemini sells property in Thane for Rs 550 crore
French IT services giant Capgemini has sold a property in Thane near Mumbai for Rs 550 crore to Pune-based Panchshil Realty.
Capgemini Technology Services India sold the 15.38-acre land parcel consisting of five buildings to Prime Lohegaon Infraspaces, a subsidiary of Panchshil Realty, in Capgemini Knowledge Park, Thane, according to documents accessed through CRE Matrix, a data analytics firm.
