TCS inks 5-year partnership with Vodafone Idea to enhance customer experience
Tech major Tata Consultancy Services has partnered with Vodafone Idea to transform the telecom company’s business support system through an AI-driven platform. In an exchange filing, TCS said on Thursday that the company has partnered with Vodafone Idea for a period of five years.
The IT company said that the partnership will help Vodafone Idea to unlock new capabilities in customer experience by deploying a next-gen platform focused on intelligence, automation, personalisation and accelerated launch of new products and services.
