Kolkata: PIB’s Vartalap in Krishnanagar focuses on financial inclusion, cyber security in rural banking

KOLKATA: Vartalap, an outreach programme of the Press Information Bureau (PIB), was held at Krishnanagar in Nadia district, focusing on financial inclusion and cyber security in the banking sector. The initiative aimed to engage local media and provide updates on governance and development, and saw wide participation from journalists and representatives of banking and development institutions.

The programme began with the Ek Pedh Maa Ke Naam plantation drive, led by Ministry of Information & Broadcasting Director General (Eastern Zone) T V K Reddy and PIB Additional Director General Jain Namchu.
