Sony LIV bets on originals, sports to drive 2025 growth
Sony LIV has unveiled a broad 2025 line-up that combines original programming across languages with a slate of live sports properties, underscoring the platform’s intent to strengthen both its entertainment and sports offerings.
On the scripted side, the streamer is expanding its franchise play with Scam 2010: The Subrata Roy Saga from Hansal Mehta, Maharani 4 with Huma Qureshi, Gullak 5 from TVF, and Undekhi 4. New launches include Sudhir Mishra’s Summer of 76, the Raveena Tandon-led political drama Dynasty – Moh Nishtha Satta, and Real Kashmir Football Club, inspired by the region’s first professional team.
