3rdiTech, Kaynes Semicon and SPARSHIQ sign MoU along with other consortium partners
NEW DELHI: 3rdiTech, a Bharat Semi company, Kaynes Semicon Private Limited, an OSAT and module manufacturer, and SPARSHIQ, ODM and system integration firm have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) along with consortium partners SENSESEMI Technologies, Focally, and NXP. The collaboration aims to accelerate the development and deployment of India’s semiconductor and vision-system capabilities at scale.
3rdiTech was founded by Vrinda Kapoor (CEO) and Vinayak Dalmia (Chief Business Officer) in 2019.
