Raw compute power to drive future of AI, says Groq CEO Jonathan Ross

The future of artificial intelligence will be shaped less by ideas and more by control of the raw power needed to run such systems, said Jonathan Ross, founder and CEO of Groq, an AI chip developer company. With its vast talent pool, thriving startup ecosystem, and government-backed IndiaAI Mission, Ross suggested the country could seize the historic moment. “There is an opportunity now to reshape the global tech order. India doesn’t just have to produce CEOs of global firms. It can produce the companies themselves,” he said.
