Amazon Web Services CEO Matt Garman has delivered a sharp rebuke to companies replacing junior employees with artificial intelligence, calling it “one of the dumbest things I’ve ever heard” during a recent podcast appearance. The cloud computing executive warned that such strategies could devastate future talent pipelines while overlooking junior workers’ superior AI adoption skills.
