Infosys employees to get 80% Q1 bonus in big hike over previous payout

Infosys on Wednesday rolled out performance bonus letters, offering an average pay-out of 80% to eligible employees for the April-June quarter when the IT services firm reported better-than-expected results, people familiar with the matter told ET.

The bonus pay-out for the previous three-month period ended March 31, the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025, ranged from 50% to 70%, averaging 65%.

For the June quarter, the bonuses range between 75% and 89%, the people said.
