Identity verification startup 1Kosmos raises $57 million in Series B round

Bengaluru: 1Kosmos, the leader in unifying identity proofing and password-less authentication, on Tuesday said it has raised $57 million in Series B funding, including a $10 million line of credit from Bridge Bank.

The round was led by Forgepoint Capital, and Origami’s Oquirrh Ventures with participation by Craig Abod, Founder and President of Carahsoft, NextEra Energy Ventures, Gula Tech Adventures, and the 1Kosmos management team.

This brings the company’s total funding to more than $72 million, including a prior $15 million Series A round.
