MoS Telecom Pemmasani asks BSNL to improve service quality, resolve tower power issues
Minister of State for Communications Chandra Sekhar Pemmasani on Friday asked four circles of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) to improve the quality of service for subscribers, resolve mobile tower power issues, and take measures to increase the company’s presence.
“Reviewed @BSNLCorporate performance of UP, Bihar, MP & West Bengal circles today. Emphasised improving quality of service, resolving tower power issues, timely rectification of fibre cuts, and adopting innovative, locally-suited sales & marketing strategies to strengthen BSNL’s footprint,” Pemmasani said on social media platform X (formerly Twitter).
