Eternal shares fall 3% as Antfin Singapore sells 23 lakh shares via block deal
Shares of Eternal (formerly Zomato) fell 2.6% to their day’s low of Rs 291 on the BSE on Thursday after Antfin Singapore Holding sold about 23.10 lakh shares of the company via a block deal.
Antfin intended to offload approximately 1.9% stake in the company in a cleanup trade, as per the term sheet.
