Microsoft is reportedly considering implementing a more stringent ‘Return to Office’ (RTO) policy. As reported by Business Insider, the Redmond-based tech giant is planning to implement a stricter Return to Office policy which will require the employees at its Redmond headquarters to work from office for at least three days a week starting January 2026. If this is true, then this new change will mark a significant shift in the company’s flexible hybrid working model. The new policy change is still under discussion and the company has not yet finalised the details.
