Too much, too fast, too big: Good Glamm CEO on what went wrong

Darpan Sanghvi, founder and chief executive of troubled content-to-commerce unicorn Good Glamm Group, has said that the company’s aggressive and rapid expansion strategy, doing “too much, too fast, too big”, was at the heart of its downfall.
His comments come days after lenders moved to enforce charges on the company’s individual brands, effectively dismantling the so-called house of brands business.
