Google CEO Sundar Pichai and other executives like Brian Saluzzo, who’s a Vice President for Core Development and Product Management, are pushing employees to act with more urgency in their use of artificial intelligence (AI), a report claims. This comes as the company reportedly seeks ways to reduce costs. According to a report by CNBC, this directive was delivered at an all-hands meeting last week. Saluzzo, who leads the teams responsible for building the technical foundation for Google’s flagship products, was also present at the meeting, the report noted. As per the report, the core message to Alphabet-owned tech giant’s employees emphasised integrating AI more quickly into its operations.
