Shadowfax elevates cofounders Praharsh Chandra, Gaurav Jaithlia to the board
Initial public offering (IPO)-bound hyperlocal logistics startup Shadowfax appointed cofounders Praharsh Chandra and Gaurav Jaithlia to the Board as the company’s whole-time directors.
Abhishek Bansal, chief executive officer at Shadowfax, announced the news in a LinkedIn post on Friday.
“I’m thrilled to share that Praharsh Chandra (Chief Business Officer) and Gaurav Jaithlia (Head of Business Strategy) have been appointed as Whole-Time Directors on the Board of Shadowfax,” the post read.
