Mahesh Shetty elevated to Head of Entertainment Revenue at JioStar

JioStar has appointed Mahesh Shetty as the new Head of Revenue, Entertainment, following the departure of Ajit Varghese. The announcement was made via an internal communication from Kevin Vaz, CEO – Entertainment at JioStar.

Shetty, who currently leads the LCS (Linear Channels Sales) business, will take over the expanded portfolio with immediate effect. Prior to the formation of JioStar through the merger of Star India and Viacom18, he served as Head of Network Sales at Viacom18.
