Anant Ambani’s appointment to RIL board gets shareholder nod

Mumbai: The shareholders of Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Industries have approved the appointment of Anant Ambani as the executive director of the company.

The board of directors of RIL had on April 25 appointed the youngest son of Mukesh Ambani for the position, subject to shareholders’ approval.
