TCS layoffs: IT union NITES writes to Minister Mansukh Mandaviya, calls job cuts ‘outright illegal’ and ‘unethical’
The Nascent Information Technology Employees Senate (NITES), an IT employees’ union, has slammed the layoffs at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), calling it “inhumane”, “unethical” and “outright illegal”.
On Monday, the union appealed to Labour Minister Mansukh Mandaviya to intervene, demanding an immediate halt to all terminations and the reinstatement of affected employees.
