Tata Communications wins deal to build AI-ready NLD network for AWS in India
NEW DELHI: Tata Communications has won a deal from Amazon Web Services (AWS) to deploy a high-capacity, long-distance network to connect three major AWS infrastructure locations in India to bolster generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) adoption and cloud innovation.
‘The collaboration marks one of India’s largest ever network deployments by Tata Communications in terms of size, scale and bandwidth,’ the homegrown telecom company said in a joint statement Tuesday.
