Meta taps Connor Hayes as the new head of Threads

Meta’s long time executive Connor Hayes is elevated to the role of head of Threads, according to a report by Axios.

Before this, Hayes was serving as the vice president of product for generative AI at Meta for more than two years. He has held significant roles at both Meta and Instagram in his earlier stints with a career spanning over 14 years at the Big Tech.
