‘How do I get them to PIP me?,’ Amazon employee wants his manager to put him under PIP for this bizarre reason

Being subject to a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) is difficult for many employees. But in a recent Reddit post, an Amazon employee queries how he can join it. “Was on focus for 30 days, left for FMLA for nearly 14.5 months, and now back,” the post states. “It appears that my new manager won’t PIP me. How can I make them PIP me?.”
