Homegrown ESDM firm Aimtron Electronics raises ₹100 crore, to invest in greenfield mfg unit
NEW DELHI: Aimtron Electronics, a homegrown electronics system design and manufacturing (ESDM) provider, on Tuesday said it has raised ₹100 crore through the issuance of convertible warrants on a preferential basis.
The Board of Directors of Aimtron Electronics has approved the issuance of up to 14.79 lakh warrants of the company, at the price of ₹666 per warrant each convertible into, for one fully paid-up equity share of the company of face value of ₹10 at a premium of ₹656 aggregating up to ₹98.50 crore to the proposed allottees, the Vadodara-headquartered company said.
