HCL Tech Q1 Dividend: India’s third-largest IT company, HCL Technologies (HCL Tech), on Monday, 14 July 2025, announced an interim dividend issue along with its first quarter results for the financial year 2025-26. The company will issue an interim dividend of ₹12 per share with a face value of ₹2 apiece, according to an exchange filing.
“The Board of Directors has declared an Interim Dividend of ₹12/- per equity share of ₹2/- each of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26,” the company told the BSE in an exchange filing.
