Elon Musk’s ‘one word’ reply on supporting merger between xAI and Tesla
Elon Musk has responded to a ‘burning’ question whether he wants Tesla to merge with his artificial intelligence (AI) company, xAI. The Tesla CEO has also indicated that Tesla shareholders will have to decide on the opportunity to invest in xAI. “No,” Musk said while replying to the question by Bull Street Bets, “Asking $TSLA Investors: Do you support a merger between XAi and Tesla?”
Earlier in the day, reports said that Musk seemed to have backed the idea of the merger. “We will have a shareholder vote on the matter,” however, a straight answer has cleared the air over the matter.
