Chhattisgarh govt to install over 5000 mobile towers; focus on Surguja, Bastar regions
Raipur: The Chhattisgarh government plans to install more than 5,000 mobile towers, particularly in tribal dominated Surguja and Bastar regions, in a phased manner within a defined timeline, officials said on Thursday.
Officials informed this during a high-level review meeting of the state’s Electronics and Information Technology Department at Mantralaya Mahanadi Bhawan chaired by Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai.
