Echelon Edge wins OSS/BSS deal under BSNL CDR project in north, east zones

NEW DELHI: Homegrown IT services firm Echelon Edge has won a deal to manage the phase 1 and phase 2 of state-controlled Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited’s (BSNL) call detail record (CDR) project across the north and east zones.

Under this deal, the Gurugram-headquartered firm will manage the OSS/BSS infrastructure for BSNL’s fixed-line, broadband, and leased line services across retail and enterprise segments, according to a statement released on Monday.
