Benioff revealed that AI is already handling a lot of workload at Salesforce. Along with this, the Salesforce CEO also emphasised that the CEOs or business leaders now have the responsibility to make sure that their “values are in the right place” as they move ahead with the transformation.

In a recent interview with Bloomberg, Benioff revealed that presently the AI agents are performing “30% to 50% of all the work” at Salesforce.
