Two brothers arrested for cyber fraud
Ranchi Police has taken major action and arrested two cyber criminals in the cyber fraud case of Rs 3.26 lakh illegally withdrawn from the bank accounts of 81-year-old Chunda Purti.
Rs 2,57,200 cash, three mobile phones, three cheque books and four passbooks have been recovered from the arrested accused.
According to the police, the victim Chunda Purti, address – HEC Colony, Sector 1, Dhurva had lodged a complaint at Cyber Police Station Ranchi on April 25. He told that between April 5 and April 11, a total of Rs 3,26,278 has been illegally withdrawn from his two bank accounts.
