WhatsApp may soon let you logout of the account without erasing data: Everything we know so far

WhatsApp is reportedly preparing to introduce a long-anticipated feature that will let users sign out of their accounts on their main device without needing to permanently delete their account. The latest beta version of WhatsApp for Android (v2.25.17.37) has revealed a new sign-out option currently undergoing internal testing or development. Currently, the sole option provided is account deletion, which leads to the complete removal of all user data.
