India’s data centre market has entered a transformative phase, with hyperscale expansion across metros and Tier II/III cities alike. Mumbai and Chennai remain the dominant hubs, jointly accounting for nearly two-thirds of total capacity. Mumbai leads with 41%, followed by Chennai at 23% and Delhi NCR at 14%.
