Google announced Veo 3 – its AI-powered video generation tool at I/O 2025. Veo 3 is the company’s third-generation video tool that directly competes with ChatGPT-maker OpenAI’s Sora video generator. With Veo 3, users will be able to generate videos from text and image prompts. This includes speech such as dialogues and voice-overs; and audio, such as music and sound effects.
