Infosys has informed its employees that their performance bonus payouts for the fourth quarter of FY25 will be lower than expected, reflecting continued uncertainties in the software services sector. According to a report by Economic Times, during a recent conference call with a large delivery unit the HR executives and the managers informed the employees about the reduced bonus payouts. The report also adds that the company assured the employees that it is a temporary downturn and the company will compensate the top performers with bonus recommendations with the next growth cycle.
Infosys reported an 11.7% year-on-year drop in net profit for Q4 FY25, amounting to Rs 7,033 crore.
