Apple is considering raising prices for its upcoming fall iPhone lineup, a move it plans to pair with new features and design updates, the Wall Street Journal reported citing sources familiar with the situation. The company is keen to avoid any perception that the price hikes are linked to US tariffs on Chinese imports, where the majority of its devices are manufactured, the sources added. Apple’s possible price increase is said to be due to some changes to the design and format, the report said.
