Netflix announces new TV homepage, first major update in 12 years: Here’s what’s changing
Netflix is bringing a new TV homepage design that is simpler, more intuitive, and more responsive to what users want. Announcing the release of a new home page in the coming weeks and months, the streaming platform shared a blog post stating “our members across the world will get to experience the updated TV homepage for themselves.” This marks Netflix’s first major redesign of the TV homepage since 2013.
Chief Product Officer Eunice Kim explained, “When we first started thinking about this project, we wanted to create an experience that was more flexible for our broad entertainment offerings, more intuitive and responsive to our members’ needs, and capable of elevating the most thrilling moments on Netflix.”
