Norway’s Telenor lags first-quarter core earnings expectations

Norwegian telecom operator Telenor reported first-quarter core operating earnings slightly below analysts’ estimates on Tuesday but said it had continued to grow service revenues above inflation on an organic basis in the Nordics.
