Xiaomi India unveils AI-powered customer support center

Xiaomi India has introduced an AI-enabled customer support centre. With this move, Xiaomi becomes the first smartphone brand in India to provide support in 11 regional languages, enhancing accessibility for its diverse customer base. The company claims that the customer support centre will offer end-to-end customer support.
The new AI-powered infrastructure enables 24×7 assistance across chat and social media channels, ensuring quicker resolutions through a three-level escalation matrix.
